We also recognize how important culture and diversity are in achieving growth, so that is now part of our onboarding assessment, and part of how Guide matches are made. Throw in a few dozen bugfixes and our shameless request for you to rate our app, and you have a new version of Sphere.

We know that sessions in Sphere are how you grow, so it makes sense that we would improve that experience for you. From start to finish, we have rebuilt the flow that gets you into your sessions, from what your options are to join all the way through to what questions we ask when you wrap up. The sessions themselves look the same, but they work way better. Just like you, after working with your best-fit coach. We have also made it easier to do your calls on the desktop, not just on your phone.

We also are now making sure you can always benefit from the full power of our matching algorithm.
